Things you might be wondering
Is the machine genuine? How do I verify it?
It is a brand-new unit, not refurbished and not second-hand. Before it ships we photograph the unopened original packaging and the box label for you, and we give you the machine's serial number — you can look that serial number up in ResMed's official system and confirm it is registered as new. You get to see the whole process.
Who is responsible for the warranty? What if it breaks in Malaysia?
Every part of the machine carries a 2-year warranty and we handle it — you don't have to contact the manufacturer or argue over warranty terms yourself. We have a service team in Asia, so repairs and replacements don't need the machine sent back to the US. Average turnaround including shipping is about 10–14 days, and we keep you updated throughout. After the warranty there is a further 5 years of support.
Do the voltage and plug work in Malaysia?
Voltage is not an issue. The ResMed power supply accepts 100–240V, 50–60Hz (the AirSense 10 at 90W, the AirSense 11 at 65W), so Malaysia's 240V / 50Hz sits well inside that range and the machine runs as it is, with no transformer. The figures come from the official ResMed user guide.
The plug is a separate matter: ResMed power supplies use a detachable power cord and the cord differs by region — Malaysia uses the three-pin Type G. Your sales consultant will confirm the cord type with you before shipping, and if an adapter is needed we sort that out too.
Who handles import tax and customs? Will extra charges appear on arrival?

Do I need a doctor's prescription?
We recommend seeing a doctor first to confirm you actually need CPAP and to get the recommended pressure setting — this isn't just process, the wrong pressure doesn't help your treatment. If you already have a prescription or a sleep study report, send it over on WhatsApp and things move much faster. Your sales consultant will confirm which documents you need.
How long does delivery take? Is there a tracking number?
It arrives within 7 days of shipping from the US. You get the international courier tracking number the moment it ships, so you can see where the parcel is at any time.
How do I pay? Is it safe without a shopping cart?
This site has no online checkout, so you never enter any payment details on a web page. Ordering and payment are confirmed one-to-one with your sales consultant on WhatsApp, with a person on every step.
Where do I buy masks, filters and tubing later?
Masks, filters, tubing and the water tub are consumables and need replacing over time. When you need more, just tell us on WhatsApp and we bring them in from the same US channels.
Who sets the pressure?
Your doctor sets the pressure based on your sleep study results. We don't make that call in a doctor's place. If you already have settings from your doctor, just tell your sales consultant on WhatsApp. AutoSet models adjust automatically within the range that has been set.
What if I can't get used to it — can I return it?
How a mask fits your face and how you take to the pressure is different for everyone, and it takes a little time to adjust at the start. If you run into any trouble using it, tell us on WhatsApp first and we'll help you work through it.
